Before joining the Scholars' Lab, I worked as a consultant, programmer, and computational linguist for a number of technology firms, and I've also consulted with the Oxford University Press and the University of Georgia's Linguistic Atlas Projects. During my time at UGA, I picked up a PhD in English.
